I hope this could be carefully considered, I have a suggestion towards a new cash hop item, I’m playing a mesmer who uses light armor as armor classification and notice the dragonic armor for heavy types is very cool. I also have a friend who plays a thief and wants acess to the looks of the tier 3 racial human (she does play a human) light armor even though she has to wear medium armor. My suggestion is a cash/gem store item possibly name it something catchy like “transmoprh stone” and allow this item to change the item class of a gear without loosing it’s looks. Hence a “Clerics Dragonic Coat” of heavy armor can be selected into being either medium or light armor class, while the name does not need to change as medium annd light armor both call there pants, “pants” and the heavy armor is refered to as legs, what the item can change is the stats speciifc to the gear, allowing the items to get direct reclassification into light armor equivilant stats, so the “Cleric Dragonic Pants” Become “Clerics DRagonic Pants” but get changed into a light armor class, and have a window displaying the light armor eqvuielant with it’s light armor stats before confirming the transmoraphying process. This does not need to be applied to weapon, but solid armor exchanges could allow more costume diveristy and definitely give people a chance to really customize there charachter appearence. On more exotic items or rares, that do not have a identical name, it generally appears any stat type intial name signifies a set stat group then it gets some tags at the end for identifying mdeium and light being the same name and heavy being a change however all gear mostly appears to have light, medium, and heavy equivalents. This item i cannot guarentee full proofness. I have to use the trading post for armor references, I’ll bring attention to a speciifc example, there a 55 master work glove, called “excavators glove” there is no item for sale in the trading post with the search “Master work; rarity, 55; level, and All; armor type, only show available, off” with a heavy armor, medium armor equivalent. I do not know to prescedent at which all armors had every class of armor making 3 but with stat variations for each class of armor, as well as including all grades. Though, the concpet is definetly one I am recomending and if the data is pre-existant enough to allow such a broad ranger gem shop addition I would promise not only I but others would flock to it’s use, One of my characters name Hrist, a popular valkyire profile character from the playstation consoles, would love a heavy armor that assimilates a near or similar appearence to the actual video game referenced character. Something in the DRagonic Heavy armor very much mirrors a looks I am working towards, and a possible new item to allow me to get that look with light armor stats would be appreciated and wanted. I can’t acess codes, but perhaps some time to confer on the possability of such an item existing and with the group effort of the staff and devlopement team a short time spent on possibly concieving such an item could help bring more custimization to the game as well as a development team adding a new lucrative gem shop item to boost revenue for the gem shop. That is my presented suggestion, thank you for your time and I continue to love my time with this game as a player, it’s a great service of quallity in modern MMO’s that this game seems to continually deliver and provide.

well i guess this was a 1D10T error on my end, I went to charchater select but never tried logging out of the gae entirely, seems that fixed it. I apologize for my brashness and thank you quacthulhu personally. I need to go close my support ticket to make sure they’re not wasting valueable time on something that’s no onger an issue. My trading post is correctly working again.

I have 2 issues right now.
1) I was suspended from purchasing gems without any indication for the reason, they’re answer was to give me a 24 hour window in which i could pruchase gems again. They did not tell me why i was suspended, i have searched all through the Q&A sections, the FAQ section, and looked everywhere possible on this site for what conduct recives punishent of susension or bans from either game play, trading, or puchasing gems. No information is listed anywhere on your site. Your punishing me and from what i have seen on this forum, other players, without any reason why, or any guidelines teling us what we can and cannot do, such as gem purchasing limits, currency exchange limits, or the obvious things I think mysef an others are being suspended for. The ticket i sent about being restricted from gem purchase was closed, however I’ll lst the referance number here to make it easier.

My second problem and the more pressing one, is as of right now. I jst went to check to see if the trading post was fixed yet, I clicked on the black lion icon in the top left of my screen for the game, and now every single tab, from te gem store, to selling on the trading post, and buying on the trading post. Says, “Error: invalid authorization”
I have no idea why, I have never broken a game code of conduct rule in the 12 years I have been playing MMO’s. Its more frustrating that there is nothing listed anywhere on the website as to what conductinfraction might warrent this restriction, suspenson, or ban. I’d like to know what is causing these suspension, and what rules I am breaking, because this is the second suspension I have recieved.

last time I had to wait 4 days to get a responce, and the responce was rushed, did not fix my problem, notify me of wat rule I am breaking, or tell me how to revet futher suspensions. I’d appreciate it if this next responce had more time put into it. Such as what I might have done wrong in my time using the trading post to recieve this suspension. This game seems to be about enforcing rules that we the players have not been made aware of, and when we prchased the game there wasa contract that we folow the terms of use, you supply us with 100% acess to game content. This is violating that contract without us being informed what guidelines you have on the gem shop that is causing players to recieve suspensions without even notifying us through via your website, the restrictions we are susposed to adhere to. Every game I have ever plaed, have a nice button right on there webpage after account log in, that says rules and guildlines, such as GM inpersonation being a bannable offence, or trading real life money for items or gold being banable as well. But the point is, if there is a daily limit on gem pruchases, or a daily limit on ge to currency exchange, that should be somewhere for players to see.

I have no idea why my trading post acess is now n suspension, I have barely purchased or sold items there, I scrounge 1-3 days collecting materials to sell a single piece of exotic jewlery, I have purchased some rare dye, and my armor, as well as sold some raw materials for silver to people with buy orders, that is my entire use of the trading post over the past 2 weeks. Nothing should warrent a suspension of acess to the trading market. I’d deeply appreciate some answers, as a costumer, why this suspension was placed on my account, as well as what steps to having it lifted woud be approapriate. Hopefully these restrictions in the future, are outlined, or some kind of warning can be given to players about wat use of the trading post triggersthese suspensions to prevent them from hnderng players gaming experience.

I’ve also been locked out for 4 days now.

Any help with the situation would be appreciated, I’m not sure if it’s a glitch, a automated suspension feature for exesive purchasing, a monthly limit, or ban. I looked everywhere in Q & A as well as the FAQ to find any information on purchase limits, gem to cash exchange limits, daily and monthly limits, there’s nothing on any such rule of conduct or restrictions anywhere. Any help with the situation is appreciated.
