My Tl’dr crude summary of a rather well written post
(in 3 points)

1. All PvE content within Eternal Battlegrounds and Boarderlands is decreased by (lets say…) 90%.

2. Commander tag is now much harder to earn as now respect from peers and a significant amount of time (and now rank) spent in WvW is met (and also now costs badges not gold) Commander pin can also be toggled off by players, Commanders can also toggle the degree of visibility of their pin
ie: Party, Guild, map, all (as in EB and all BL’s) (see point 3. below)

3. 101 life changing UI’s and buttons that everyone wants but won’t get 3 years to late.

Now… I’ve been on the internet for a long time now, and I’ve also played Aion for a couple years to know better to go on official game forums, because 9.5 times out of 10 it’s filled with nothing but:

a. QQ Game Company this, QQ Game Companythat
b. QQ Game this, QQ Game that
c. QQ someone/thing this, QQ someone/thing that
d. LOOK HOW BIG MY kitten IS, irsopr0, look at me do helicopter with it
e. Game Updates
f. VERY RARE, anything of actual helpfulness

but alas, I’m starving for some juicy drama, and I’ve literally just finished popping some popcorn.

What happened to NSP as far as I can think of is the result of series of events.
1. our biggest WvW alliance left NSP a couple months into the release, NSP hasn’t really recovered WvW population since
2. Due to stated above event, NSP pretty much a PvE server, with 1-2 WvW guilds and small mobile guild groups who do whatever they want, when they want regardless for the better or worse of this server. We also have a lack of intelligent commanders, zergs follow them, nothing gets done, people leave.
3. most groups are, as Bird Song says, “Fair weather”. Doesn’t help our WvW population.
4. We have guilds come and go weeks. ie: Revo moved over to help us against AR and DH, went to Kaineng. Last night, from what I was told had a guild [QQ] move in, I’d like to think they’ll stay, but I highly doubt it. When the guilds come and go, it almost feels like 2 others follow. What this server needs is people staying. Not leaving when game gets hard.
Tl;dr: NSP is a PvE server. PvE’ers only come into WvW when the water is warm and the weather is fair.

With rumors of NCSoft “rewarding” Guild Wars fans by shutting down the original game floating around. Spending the last couple days reading and debating on with friends on whether or not ArenaNet would ever let it happen. I would like to request a response to these rumors to ease our minds.

we had a truce with You, it’s the rest of your server that were hitting our camps, taking our towers and attempting to hit our keep that we went after.

I was personally under the impression, that truce meant that you stay away from us, we stay away from you. “We” (ZoS), respected the truce til “You” started screwing with “us”.

What was Darkhaven expecting? We sit back with our tail between our legs while you cap everything? Nice joke.
