As the topic title asks. Updated from an ealier Post, would have done it in a Poll but cannot do Polls, but this has added “Likes to see”

Just to give the Devs some idea on what we the users/players want in GW2, of course it will be up to them if they impliment it, but if enough of us want it, I am hoping the Devs will put it in.

Okay

For those of us who played the first Guild Wars and their expansions, I would like to see the following in future (if possible)

I for one would like to see the following in future GW2 Updates access to Cantha and Shing Jea Island, access to Elona and access to the Crystal Desert all areas in full just like in GW 1. If they have to be part of the living world of GW2 then so be it..

So you only need to respond by posting “Yes I would like to see above named in future updates”

Not much else will be needed.

So say yay or nae to having the following put in in future updates the most memorable ones:

Shing Jea
Cantha
Elona
Crystal Desert

It would be nice if players could access these areas.

The Extra Areas, I think that fall under some of the before mentioned are:

Blood Legion Homelands (in GW1)
Woodland Cascades (Called another name in GW1)
Far shiverpeaks (In GW1)
Ring of fire (Called another name in GW1)
Magus Falls (Called another name in GW1)
Tyria surface (Unsure if this was in the First GW)

Expansions Needed for Guild Wars 2

Is there anyone else want Expansion Packs like in Guild Wars 1?

I personally would like to see a Cantha, Elona or Crystal Desert Expansion come out, the Living World idea is good, but players are slowly losing interest as an Expansion would allow level 80 players to progress.

If thid does happen PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE keep the Cantha, Elona and Desert maps the same as they were in GW1 as I would like to travel the lands I was familiar with in GW1.

The current maps in GW2 is unrecognisable to me, I do not recognise much past Ascalon and this is sad.

Back to subject

If you want or would like an expansion then mention it here with a simple:

Yes I want an Expansion involving Cantha, Elona or Crystal Desert

or

No

I say Yes I want an Expansion involving Cantha, Elona or Crystal Desert (one of these or all together)

Originally put this in the Fan-Content area, but hoping it will get some attention here!

This is mainly Directed at the GW2 Game Makers.

Why don’t you guys/girls make an animated Film about what happened at the end of GW: Prophecies, GW: Factions, GW: Nightfall and GW:EN (from GW1) which shows how the lands took on their current shape from that point up to The beginning of GW 2?

I would be interested to see how Divinity’s Coast became Divinity’s Reach etc and how Ascalon became like it has and same for Temple of the Ages. As the land is not so familiar to me anymore and I have all of the first GW: Prophecies and its add ons and would be interested in seeing the change.

Just an Idea
