What you may have received are PvP skins which will deposit in PvP locker when you deposit all collectables. You may have also gotten other skins as rewards like weapons skins that once chosen you can draw from your achievement tab to use as many times as you want. For example if you pick the sword skin you can skin it on swords anytime you want. There is a bunch of other stuff too depending on your achievement points. These are rewards that started going out about a month and half ago or so.

Ahhh yes! That is what it seems to be!

What do i do with these things? Is there a link a can read what they are, what they do, and how I use them?

Not sure as far as exactly what these rewards were given to me for, since i logged in on a whim to check out the game again, and had a ridiculous spam of goodies that were given to me with like 4 or 5 things in each one! So i just clicked ok for it all and got started playing again.

The character is a lvl 29 thief and the items that I got that are not usable by my class and soulbound are:

1. PvP Scaled Coat (Heavy Armor)

2. PvP Claws of Koda

3. PvP Whisperer Shield

4. PvP Golden Bow

5. PvP Scaled Helm

I just came back after i dont know how many month away from GW2.
I got a whole slew of rewards that I have no clue what they are!
Some of them are armor, weapons and other equipable items that are not usable by the character that claimed them (in fact most of them are NOT usable by this class!) and they are soulbound so I cant give to another character on my account.
Working as intended? Bug? Do I have any options?
