Guild Wars 2

Hello all! I’ve recently started doing videos covering the basic lore in each individual zone in Guild Wars 2. I focus only on what information can be gathered in-game in both Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2, as well as the official Guild Wars books, short stories, and the wiki. I try to keep fan-generated theories to an absolute minimum.

These videos are mostly aimed at people, like myself, whom have a habit of unintentionally tunneling through the content only to later realize that they have no idea (or just don’t remember) why they did what they did or why it was important to the overall game.

I am always looking for ideas and comments on how I can improve my videos. Not to mention, I’m really eager to share some of the interesting things I find with other people that are just as passionate about the game as I am!

Looking for a friendly, mature guild on Tarnished Coast for my husband and I. We took a break from the game, came back and realized that our previous guild has all but disbanded. We’ve tried a few others this past week but just haven’t found one that ‘fits’.

We’re looking for a guild with a leader that takes pride in their guild and their members. Someone that isn’t just interested in having a lot of active members, but rather in having a mature and friendly community. We’re interested in all aspects of the game.

We don’t mind needing to fill out an application or doing an in-game interview. We have no problem using any voice-chat program, though we’re typically pretty quiet. We’d prefer a guild that is currently doing the guild bounties, puzzles, missions, ect. but it isn’t a deal breaker if your guild isn’t interested in that.

According to the most recent live interview, they are considering making some sort of improvements to the lfg system, but are not currently working on it

I agree, some evenings it feels like I come across more broken DE’s than ones that are actually working. I absolutely love the DE system, but it’s very disheartening to cross an entire zone and only run into a single event that’s actually doable. I’m sure they are working hard to fix it, it’s just frustrating in the meantime.

I think that part of the problem is that so many DE’s are getting stuck right now. I run into more broken events than working ones most evenings. Since alot of the DE’s chain, when one stage is broken, then the entire chain doesn’t work.

I know they are working hard to fix these issues, but it is frustrating. I constantly find myself being too low of level for the next heart, even though I do crafting and gathering and pvp, ect. I went through the Norn 15-25 area a few days ago and only saw a total of 2 or 3 working DE’s the entire time.
