so unfortunate, I’m still getting this error :[

I click to start GW2, but on the client I get a message:
“The game client was unable to connect to the log-in server. Please restart your client and try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support for assitance at http://support.guildwars2.com”

I’ve been playing perfectly fine a few days ago. Please help, thanks.

I noticed that when I walk and my rifle is sheathed (not run/jog), there are no footstep sounds for the Norn character, only when I jump.
Then I noticed that when I unsheathe my rifle, and walk, the footstep sound resumes.

Only happens when walking, not while running.
