I say make those particles on bosses half transparent so we can see through WTH the boss is doing
We need more Bosses those are really exciting to engage with, like Mega destroyer for example, he forces you to observe his movements rather than your skill bar, he really keeps you on your toe because the boss actually require player skills to take him down. Ever heard of the game Monster Hunter? Its the best action PSP game in the Japanese market for years because of its engaging/challenging boss fight system. Bosses are really responsive there, they dont just auto attack you all day, you gotta foresee its signiture attacks like charging in zigzags, again it forces you to observe the boss, not the skill bar (where your eyes are on those skills on cooldown). Bosses give warning sign for their powerful attacks and players do get time to react to it.
Guild wars 2 definitely has potential to make the boss fight really fun and I can see the PVE becoming so much funner if the changes are made.
Sorry if I was asking for too much but really, I really think this is the best way to truely improve PVE in gw2.
This battle video pretty much somes up my point up there:

I’m not sure how the skin works, does it work like transmutation stone?
If I buy the skin at level 5 and put it on my current armor, can I apply the armor skin again to different armor?
I hope its not the one time use, or I will have to wait till I hit 80.
I second this, this is really starting to get annoying.
thank you for your valuable effort OP!
Well said Colin, WELL SAID!!
I know gold sink is very important in mmo and I understand the intention that anet has made. BUT, charging money for waypoints wasn’t the right direction imo. In GW1 moving map to map was completely free and I don’t think it damaged the economy at all. The biggest problem with the WP system is that its taking a bit of fun out of the game in many directions, like meeting with group and exploring, its actually repelling me from being trying to be more active, interactive with the world. Simply put, why not make the wp cost free and see if it really damages the economy, or at very least, charge more money on something else that doesn’t take too much fun away. All I’m saying is the waypoint system shouldn’t be a part of gold sink. Just my valuable 2 cents.
