Guild Wars 2

This is ridiculous. No way to directly contact support for anything other that account issues? So now I get to start over or simply abandon a character because no one can help or will likely see this report amidst of sea of important issues like “I can’t pay repair costs because I’m bad and I die too much.” Great game support. One player gone….

It’s for a necromancer and I purchased it about 10 mins prior to my post. As of today it’s still not functional. I even tried to buy a second manual but it has the same issue.

Perhaps I’m missing something but I don’t seem to be able to use my adept’s training manual. When I double-click I hear a sound that indicates usage but my trait lines are not unlocked and the item is not consumed.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
