I understand that, But we have been fighting with this for 2 days now. The Account should not have even been suspended in the First place. The Ordeal has been nothing but aggravating. They need a better system, perhaps even a customer service phone number. We seriously are close to leaving the game with the ordeal we have been through with this entire thing. it’s uncalled for.

If i went to everquest, or world of warcraft, this issue would be addressed right away. I understand they are humans, and i understand it is the weekended. But seriously, they need to get a better system. This is the most aggravating issue i ever had to go through with a game. I am VERY, VERY, Disappointed. They need a Customer Service Phone Number, rather then just a simple ticket system. I surly hope it is answered before three days.

Well then they need to step up and look at it, This WHOLE Ordeal has been aggravating, we have been on guild wars since beta, There was no reason for the account to get suspended in the FIRST place. This is Asinine.

She has tried many of times to handle it, But she can not even log into the forums. Due to the suspension, this is absolutely ridiculous.

I and my wife are very disappointed with the situation that happened.

Ticket number: 1020220

Our issue started on Thursday, my wife ended up buying herself gems and her brother, and also bought me gems for a Christmas gift.

However, it started to not let her make a transaction, the next day the bank contacted my wife and she had to verify her purchase. Everything went smooth, until she tried to log into guild wars, it told her that her account has been suspended and to please contact support. so she did…4 times, Yesterday! and still has not received a response. Is there a possible way somebody can please get to the bottom of this? This issue is getting very aggravating. My Wife did nothing wrong, and there is no reason for her account to be suspended. If we can get help, that would be appreciated.

And the reason i am writing on my account, is because she can not log on due to the account being suspended. Currently i am in Washington, but i am at home right now for holiday. I am in the same household as her.

A few days ago, I was able to purchase Gems no problem. Now I can’t even get any of my credit cards to work. I’ve tried MC, VISA and several others. Each time getting the “Credit Approval Failed” like others. I’ve checked my bank and credit card companies and there no charges, no fraud claims, and plenty available.

I’m really disappointed more so at the fact there isn’t a number to call for Customer Support for ANet. I don’t mind being patient but the fact there’s no support past insert a web form e-mail and we’ll get back to you eventually really upsets me, when I could go to another MMO that has support through live chat, e-mail and/or phone support to correct issues.

I really hope to get this taken care of. I generally like to order from micro-transaction stores for MMOs since I do not have as much time as others do to play the game.

I’d appreciate any help I can get to resolve this quickly so I can get back to enjoying the game.
