Well at first i tried to buy 2800 gems, then i lowered it to 800 gems but the message still came. Edit: i forgot to mention that I didn’t bought gems since months.

Hello, as stated in the title of the thread,

I tried an hour ago to buy some gems in the gem store.
I’ve tried every purchase method (credit card, paypal…) but at the end it’s always the same error message that appears. (photo in attachment)

I don’t know what to do, if someone already had this issue before and can help, or a dev passing by to help me would be great too
