Same Issue. Cannot purchase gems.. I have tried Both PayPal and Credit Card, I have made 3 previous purchases in-game using the system but since Sep 3rd I haven’t been able to use it.
I haven’t been able to purchase gems from the trading post since day one.. Whenever I do i get all the way through and then it says “cannot authorise transaction” or “transaction failed”. Have made multiple tickets with no reply, try atleast twice a day to see if they have fixed the problem but alas to no avail.
Any help? Tried both Paypal and Credit Card..
