Servers get imploded by pairing that are completely jacked up! Anet does not know what there doing! This has turned into a blob fest. The only thing good that came out of this is Anet can make more money off of transfers now. There is no server loyalty and communities have been wrecked because of it. All servers that didn’t receive a favorable pairing tried to stand tall but in the end got sick of being blobbed to death. Then people left. If majority rules then lower tier servers don’t matter at all anyways.
From what I have read in many posts in the forums there are no happy wvw players. Even servers that have the blob advantage get bored and complain about glicko. I didn’t feel that there was anything wrong with wvw before the blob beta. Seems to me if your players are not happy why punish them further?
I love the fact that Anet completely ignores it’s player base. You didn’t get any answer. I do see Anet claiming towers and keeps for winning servers. I don’t see Anet owning up for the unbalanced matchups. Anet does not go to the servers that got destroyed by the beta. It seems Anet is content on steamrolling its player base that is down and ignoring all of us. I’m a Darkhaven player.
Dh has very few guilds left. The toxic players for the most part have left as well. It’s only server loyalty that remains on DH. I wish at the time of pairing Anet did not have it’s head up it’s kitten . It is too late now. I wish DH didn’t have as many toxic players at the time of the pairing but it’s too late for that as well. DH is a pve server. We don’t have a wvw base to start with and with a server cap including pve we cant pull the numbers.. DH really has very little to offer. FC being a smaller community together it was just to little for both. I believe DH will be empty pretty soon. This way NSP and HOD can just face each other.
I have heard of incidents I wish FC had a better experience with DH. I can not change the past. I can’t control how some on the server act or acted. All my toons in game are named Jelly. I am the guild leader of The Dragons Of Orr [Orr]. My guild and I will do our best to make you feel at home. If you ever see any of us out in WVW please join us.
I’m not Darkhaven. I’m a guild leader on Darkhaven and didn’t agree with some trolls on our server. I can’t control what other people do and how they act. This is still not what this post is about.
I have absolutely nothing against FC. In fact I know the players that used to be on Darkhaven server were not good at all to FC when the pairing happened. I have talked to FC admins they are good people. think how some people on DH treated FC was wrong. Still this is not what this post is about.
No one person ever said anything about FC! Till now it was never mentioned. No one is begging for help. It’s a statement of fact that Darkhaven doesn’t have the players to answer at any hour. We have skill and are always ready to fight. No one will ever kill our spirit. We did not get the ability to blob v blob. This is all the post was about. Anet staff claiming towers in Anet’s name against us was the second part of the post. I have found all the FC people to be great!
We can’t blob. We don’t have population. All servers did not get effected by server pairing like Darkhaven. NSP does hide in towers behind siege unless you have a map q. Then you go after the less populated server because you can not win against HOD. We continue to fight both servers. We fight HOD more because even though we do not have numbers at least they fight more than turtle.
All servers have gone up and down except top tier. This was directly caused by server pairing. This time the reason for leaving was that there was nothing left. Guilds were losing players to transfer and to stop from falling apart they chose to leave.
This is why I was on DH for longer than any other server. They go out with a bang even when the odds are against them. I don’t know how certain personality traits are born on different servers like that but fearless fighters to the death is something DH has had as long as I’ve known them. Makes them both fun to fight and fun to be a part of because unlike a lot of other servers, they don’t (generally) rely on turtling in towers with a bunch of siege. But every server does that now and again.
I could not have put that better. That is why the core has stayed.
I just wanted to take this time to thank Anet for destroying a WVW server. Half of the guilds have transferred already because of the pairing. We can not blob like you gave the power to all other servers. You might as well as Anet staff be on NSP server claiming towers and keeps to further rub it in. Ohh wait you already do. So thank you
Since the dc issue has not been addressed in ds why should I ever waste two hours again doing something mind numbing boring and pointless as ds? Why not let WVW players have an option? Why not fix the game so there are no issues. Instead of adding new broken content why not fix old broken content first?
Problem is I have a ticket number without a ticket. I am getting nothing from Anet except return messages from old tickets. is there a way to know that it is actually being handled? In two days ill go through that process. I can only hope my ticket actually exists. TY!
Deleting everthing on the forum that i post is not going to fix the issue. I need to talk to someone at Anet that cares that they may lose a huge customer. I am not happy with the customer service I have received. All past issues have been resolved. I have been playing guild wars since GW1. I have a guild of over 400 right now. I am known well within my server. I don’t appreciate how i am being treated.
I still need help getting the wanderers exotic insignia recipe. I have sent tickets that have not been confirmed and get blamed for this not happening. i am getting accused of not doing things right on my end. I am now being censored.
Whatever the problem is it needs to be fixed. I spent my time in PVE to unlock the rewards I wish to benifit in WVW with. I would be overjoyed if ALL PVE was taken out of the game entirely!!! I dont care to ever see a living world or any new content. I only like WVW. I was forced to jump through hoops to get the wanderer’s exotic insignia recipe. I did the kittenty grind Anet asked of me. I want the exotic insignia for wanderer’s to be handed to me. If only WVW existed in game it would be a perfect game for me.
I have gotten no response from Anet to resolve my issue. I can only assume they dont care. I will do the upgrades for my guild and see how everyone is doing but for now I’m done with the game.

Understand that I am a WVW player and being forced to do PVE completely blows! After spending 2 hours in PVE hell doing the Dragonstand events from beginning to end I was disconnected! I got no map reward which I could give a crap about! What I spent two hours to get was the exotic recipe to change my ascended armor to Wanderer’s. I Spend on average 200 us a month on this game! Give me the recipe! I am so kittened! I never did and never want to do PVE! Why make me suffer in a game I should be able to have fun! PVE sucks the soul out of me! Please correct this mistake!!!!!! The Trailblazer’s exotic recipe that failed to work in the Mystic Toilet was bad enough! How many times must my efforts be crushed! That was the second time I did Dragonstand with a disconnect reward! I do not see any point having me do something that I do not enjoy to get the same failed result. I am so done with this broken game!

I did all the grinding that you wanted to get the trailblazer’s Gossamer insignia. Just to find out it doesn’t work in the mystic forge. I also found out the Anet knew over a month ago. I now have 6 Insignia’s I might as well throw out because you can not use them in the mystic Toilet! I didn’t want to be forced to grind to get this in the first place. I don’t want to grind for wanderer’s or commander’s either. PVE completely blows and you are sucking the life out of my soul. Please gIve me a way to get these items and make it possible for them not to be broken when I get them. I pay for this game and I am being forced to do things I hate in order to aquire the stats I want. If you are going to make me go through hell the least you could do is allow it to work.

The mega server sounded like a good idea when it started. In reguards to WVW it has a negitive impact. If your server is heavy laden with PVE players and its full the server will never be able to compete on a WVW level. I have a son I would like to bring into the game. I would like him in my guild. I would also like him to play in WVW. I am from Darkhaven and a ton of big guilds left our server. Some for this problem. You would think that with all those guilds leaving that my son could get on the server. The fact is more PVE players came and the server is full. I would like to avoid paying 300g to tranfer him so he can start playing. I would also like to keep my guild in Darkhaven than to spend 1000 moving the guild to a server that can handle WVW players. Does anyone have answers?
