I am not suggesting they start the event a day early in America just that they should, as you said make the final stage two days long or release the events Regionally. Many games have used the Regional management model or two day stages

Well from what Gina has shown it looks like we can expect the final stage of Halloween the day after Halloween. Charming. It also sets the trend, meaning all Holiday events will be a day late for Europe etc.
Not that surprising but lets face it, it sucks
What is the point of Holiday events if they are going to be at their peak after the event in the majority of the world?

Some clarification is needed here as if the event stages are run off of US time we may not see the final stage until after halloween here in Europe

I Have been paying attention. It states that the final stage of the event starts on the 31st. Please don’t accuse ppl of not paying attention unless you have the facts. Perhaps I should have been clearer in that it is the final stage the actual Halloween stage and not the build up stages I am asking about

Just want clarification if the events are going live globally (which means US time) or regionally. The reason why this matters is that the time differences mean parts of Europe will not see the event for Halloween until the 1st which would be a real shame and disappointment.

Some form of clarification would be nice before ppl get excited about a series of events that will, in fact, culminate AFTER Halloween.
