Can’t Guildwars Team put more people on support ? instead of doing other stuff like making new skins for black lion tickets.. we want our tickets asnwered … so do i.

and these are the others i wrote and never got an answer on : ID
6559384 and ID
6555190 and ID
6551667 so i do have tickets on my account who didnt have an answer before getting closed .

Hello Gm’s Players and other chatters on the forums,

I made a ticket 3 times now in 7 days and every time it gets this message “This Ticket is closed for comments. You can create a follow-up.”
With out had any response or reply’s … what is this and why does my ticket gets closed?
I need answers
