Is there any way to have the base (core) game w/o restriction for money?

Brother is willing to try game out but doesnt want restrictions.. and doesn’t wanna spend money on HoT quite yet.

Do your numbers after your username on here change on purpose? or did i just use my code on a brand new account which would suck as id lose all my toons names and leveled toons.
