I recommend that when walking through an area 25 lvls below you the enemies don’t get aggro’d.
Yeah on that note anyone under ~lvl 40 had a really hard time staying alive long enough to feel like they’ve participated.
Yeah I pretty much got screwed this event…I really wished it was longer
Using a G600 mouse… people even USE the keyboard these days?
How quaint.
hahaha yeah we’re all broke that’s why!
I LOVE THIS THREAD. I couldn’t agree more and I would join your guild in a second if I was on the same server. I’m on Blackgate if anyone ever wants to do some partying!!
Blackgate FTW!!!
IMO the elem is the best healer in the game. You can also run a support build with a warrior by giving allies stacks of might (shouts) or banners can be really helpful.
5-10 what time zone?
BY FAR I would choose Warrior for PvE. IMO warrior is far more versatile. Gameplay vids can always help make up your mind.
Actually I had a really hard time with my elem also. I enjoy using a rifle/hammer build with my warrior and Thief is super fun in pvp (I have a venomous dag/dag build). I advise trying different characters and builds until you find your nitch.
I roll an elementalist while my buddy uses ranger. I’m a decent player in PvE but since I’m already used to playing solo I have trouble backing him up other than heals. does anyone have some good combo setups for us or other tips?
I use my lvl.35 elementalist for many a few different roles. DPS, CC, and healing are easy to do with elems. Plus the different weapon sets can determine how close you are to enemies, from in their faces to the back of the group throwing AoE’s. Scepter/Dagger is what I usually use since it ranges from mid to short range, and the skills on secondary dagger are high on damage.
Hey community, I was looking for some advice for a potential tag team with my buddy. He plays ranger and I have been backing him up with my elementalist so far. Just wondering if there is a recommended profession that would go hand and hand with his ranger?
