Same issue on SBI for the last 18 hours. server ip 64.25.33.52:0

Why is the Holographic communicator soulbound I did the instance with an alt and now it is soulbound and I can`t give it to my main.

Not sure if I did or did not. Is there anywhere in game that says it takes 3 jubilee dailies. I thought that might be my problem but I did not see that listed anywhere on the achievement tab.

Jubilee achievement at 15 of 16 and I have done the Jubilee daily yesterday and today but have not received 16 of 16 status.

Same here I have run the quest twice the essence disappeared after the 3rd shine the first time and after the second shine the second time

I am having the same issue with Pastkeeper
