I have been trying to buy 8k gems for the whole day and it keeps giving me a message, “Unfortunately an error has occurred. Please try again later.” Please help me fix this issue.

My game is running on 21-25 fps on LA and 30-35 fps on wvw even though I have a really decent computer.

I have Intel Core i7-3770 3.4GHz, 8GB DDR3 Memory, and an AMD Radeon HD 7470 2GB gfx card

My old computer had i3 and amd radeon 6570 and plays the exact same fps as my new computer….

Any ideas what is the cause of this problem?
