It has been two weeks since I have opened my ticket, and week since the last response. I still have no resolution to my issue.

This is completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.

I was able to make two purchases but again I am unable to make Gem Store purchases.

Please fix this so I can purchase without having to contact support all the time.
