Yeah well, they cannot add underwater skills in every single trait now can they? I have over 2000h and I have killed many underwater with my thief. Underwater chasing are normally longer, and most ppl uses it to escape, thief normally dont follow, cuz there is easier kills around
^+ skill 4 and 5 on harpoon makes it so easy, but seriousssly easy to catch anyone under water. Those combined with Expeditious Dodger, makes me want to go underwater after chase, maybe you are just afraid of water. I have never had a problem with that.
