I’ve got the same problem myself. My account got suspended twice yesterday and now it is closed at the moment, really really frustrating problem. I have to always get contact to support to open my account which may take from 2 hours to 5 days or more. My ticket is Incident: 120915-001904 if there’s anyway to make this faster.

Where the IP logs can be seen? I’d like to know if there really is someone trying to login to my account (which I highly doubt since I haven’t got any authorization messages to my email).

I got my account back online really fast, only 2 hours after opening a ticket. That wasn’t long fun since my account is blocked again, only less than 12 hours after opening. I don’t know how Anet thinks that my account may be have been accessed by unauthorized individual since I haven’t got any extra authorization messages to my email. This is really frustrating and I would you to make it end. I updated my ticket considering the last suspension, my ticket number is still 120915-001904. Maybe someone could make the end of this?

So, I got my account restored after 5 days of waiting for support to work out my case. (Which is Incident: 120908-002775). I got it restored on Thursday 13th of September and now 2 days later it is blocked again. Error says that my account may have been accessed by unauthorized individual. I don’r honestly believe that anyone have got access to my account after I got it restored since it is secured by email authentication and my email is also secured in several different ways. I made a ticket (Incident: 120915-001904) about this case and I hope support could get this done a bit faster than my previous case. It is kind of frustrating to be blocked out of the game constantly.
