So, I acquired “There with Yakkington: Traveler’s tale” ascended back item prior to patch, knowing I’d get to change the stats on it. Thus it now has celestial stat set. Question came up however whether I’d be able to upgrade the item with the upgrade recipe of Yakkington’s, and more importantly, what happens to the stats?

Won’t work on my case at least, back/underwear items are not exactly acquirable. There could just be a possibility for example in the story part of hero page to re-acquire the item for karma or something like that.

So we get to pick a personal item early on the game but it quickly gets replaced, at which point some of us (guilty as charged myself) destroy this item. Only later in the game I at least wished I had not destroyed this item (“Universal multi-tool backpack” of engineers).
What I think is that we should have some way to recover these items since they have no sell value whatsoever and are purely cosmetic.

Bought gems with gold, worked alright, then tried to buy Black Lion key bundle but never received the keys.
