I’d like to thank a very kind player very much. :) I absolutely love that skin regardless of my choice of toon – specific character for whom it will fit greatly is low level so far, however I’ve whole idea of a perfect look in my head. :) Can show it only in a preview window so far. I know that it’s far from perfect in the aesthetic sense but it’s perfect for me. Also dyes in a preview window are very much hit or miss.
Also, if I can help anyhow… Don’t have much gold or valuables but I’ll do my best. :)

I have all the campaigns.
I’m starting from Prophecies because uh… in GW2 I was jumping from story to story and that left me severely confused so now I want to do it right. My two main goals are:
1) Get to know the story, in the right order.
2) Earn all the heritage skins. Would also like few others but if they’re too much trouble I’ll pass.
A bit poor for mercenaries now, I’ll see how it goes with henchmen.
Noob question: is there a way to control what henchmen do?
Is there any official forums forums for GW? I feel uncomfortable asking questions here. :P
Thanks, will remember!
Primary is actually mesmer out of curiosity though now I’m mostly using ele’s abilities – I just hope that this primary mesmer will be able to save my behind in tough times.
Thank you.
I don’t much get the builds there but yeah, taking (on a hunch) ele as a second proffesion sped up things a lot.
And could I ask for some tips about playing GW1?
Would like a full heritage set and would love to know the story (why I’m playing from the first released game) but it’s so… very slow :P
I’ve done okay in parts of the game I play. I have 9 characters, one of each type, all 80 elites. All have ascended weapons, ascended coat and pants, and a full set of ascended jewelry (thanks to LS3). I have all crafters to max level. One can do those things one handed, for sure.
I would never have patience to craft anything ascended.
But the speedrunnig instances is a reason why I very rarely run dungeons (though sometimes I can find reasonable groups) and absolutely never run fractals. Running like ADHD on speed is not my playstyle.
Don’t have much problem with casual unranked PvP, it’s not so much about twitch reflexes as it is about learning what each proffesion can and most likely will do. Aside of few exceptions people tend to be very predictable.
And prediction game is something I thrive in. That’s why I don’t like speedrunner mentality and the chaos it brings.
@Just a cat I’m on NA servers. Sorry.
Sure, no problem.
Depending on how many buttons you need, there are mice with different amounts of them. Full side 12-buttons may be tough on not-miniature fingers and, of course, there are different companies producing them. I like my Naga but for you something else may be perfect.
If you’re going to get a mouse with lots of buttons I don’t recommend Chroma Naga. It has a 2 buttons that are used to make mouse movement easier or harder. This sounds great but in reality you can’t fine tune it exactly and mouse movement either feels too slippery or too laggy. If you finally get it close enough an accidental button press can send you back to trying to get it just right again.
I have Chroma, didn’t experience your problem. For me it’s a very solid mouse.
However, OP, if your fingers are small you may have a problem with reaching 1-6 buttons. Being in roughly same boat as you I just use side buttons for jump/dodge, wheel for [F] and clicking for everything else. With a proffesion that is comfortable for you and making it your main you can accomplish anything
But at least give a try to them all, otherwise you won’t know what really fits you!
And if you’re playing on an EU server, give me a call in game and we may try to figure out something more than dodge button together.

You may like to get interested in buying a gaming mouse and binding jump to a side button. No macros/external programs just a simple ingame keybind change.
