Hi guys, I am currently facing a problem because earlier this week I decided to get a refund on my recent Guild Wars 2 purchase (which happened a few days before the Heart of Thorns preorder announcement) in order to preorder Heart of Thorns. However, when I actually received the access code for the Heart of Thorns preorder, I then applied the code to my old account (this one) which apparently is closed due to the refund request yet the system accepted the new access code anyways. So now not only am I unable to log into the closed account, I am also unable to apply my new access code to a new account because it’s applied to the old one.
I have tried to connect support through by submitting a request but it doesn’t seem to work. It says that my request has been submitted, but usually when I submit a request I also receive an automated email confirming my submission but not this time around. I have tried multiple times yet still no confirmation and I have been waiting for a reply for a couple days now but no luck. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated guys. Thank you.
