I have submitted a ticket but they have done nothing so far except have me reset my password. But if you read below that does nothing.
“error 11:1001:2:1352” (see attachment for screen shot)
Every time I try to log in the launcher.
On the screen shot you can see the Red text “Account Recovery” and the error code / version in the bottom left of the message.
If I click " OK " it sends me right back to the launcher.
If I click “Account Recovery” (in red text) It send me to the same link someone posted above. Reposed here: https://account.guildwars2.com/recovery
Once you fill out that I get two options:
1.) Reset my password
I have done this close to 10 times now. Have started writing them down so I know it 100%. This helps nothing by the way. Still get the same error with new passwords.
2.) Disable Linked Authentication
This disables authentication by email or mobile.
I have tried logging with this disabled and still get the same error.
At this point that is it. Just keeps going in the same circle of what i have explained above.

No, sadly it is not resolved. I will post there.
The error code is consistent with a password issue of some sort. I encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
I have this same issue and have submitted a ticket. All they seem to be doing and trying to get me to reset my password. Done it 3 times now! I write it down and have it 100%. It is not the problem.
