Are you guys from Tarnished Coast?

We get this a lot, but we’re NOT a tarnished coast guild, despite our name and tag. It looks similar, but trust us, we don’t even have many members from Tarnished Coast

What does the guild do?

PvE mostly. Dungeons, fractals, raids, etc. Our mission is to form a guild to dungeon/party with for maximum PvE effectiveness. Tired of dealing with random people who refuse to listen? Tired of getting kicked from dungeons due to lack of experience and want to learn more about harder PvE content? Primarily a WvW or PvP player looking to get better in PvE? Looking for a raid team or is willing to raid? Then this is the place for you!

What server should I be on to join?

Any server! We’re a cross-server PvE guild. With the exception of WvW, there is no server restriction anymore for any of our activities!

What should I look forward to in the guild?

Friendly, new-players are welcome, we offer tutorials/walkthroughs through all dungeon paths and fractals. Builds for all classes are in the works. Fairly active, only 100+ members currently, but we are social, recruiting, and are growing. We have a teamspeak server and website.

Any requirements?

Be friendly, no flaming/raging etc. Take note that since we’re a PvE guild, it’s a given that we will be complaining about pugs in guild chat, so don’t get discouraged if we sound a bit elitist at times! Guild rep is only required when doing guild PvE activities, but we give members better ranks for more representing/participation in the guild. We’re a NA guild, and are usually on during afternoon/morning/evenings.

How hardcore/casual is the guild?

We do not require extensive activity check/guild representing/elitism. We aim to be as effective in PvE as possible, but there’s no strict regulations other than learning the dungeon/instances and having the optimal gear. If you do not have optimal gear yet, we will help you out.

We do require certain builds/flexibility for our raid teams however, so be on the lookout for that!

Glad you asked! Hopefully all of our members are friendly, social, helpful. We have a guild rank system based on your own dungeon effectiveness, playstyle, and experience. We’re all a nice family of friendly members looking to grow even bigger.

What bonuses does this guild have to offer?

We have guild missions planned every weekend, which will be done after we get more members willing to do them. We have Lost Precipice as our guild hall, and is currently looking to upgrade it as much as possible.

Do I have to be PvE only if I plan on joining?

Despite us being mostly PvE focused, we have members who play PvP and WvW along with PvE. So don’t be afraid on joining if you’re a PvX player!

You can still jump the bottom and use a res orb, you just gotta do it when moving from the helicopter to the Glory of Tyria. At least, that’s how I did it just before story patch. Although I was able to get to the bottom and swim around the ocean surrounding the tower, it’s impossible to get the POI since it’s waaaaaaay above where you can swim all the way up to the top of the tower. I don’t think it’s possible to get the POI anymore.

Grenades can be reflected normally and deal damage. The reason why Air Rifle does so much damage because Air Rifles absorb the projectile then shoot it back as ROCKETS with their own damage multiplier.

don’t say or “complain” about not being able to find group or u will be kicked by their higher up’s for “attitude”

If you’re talking about the time when you complained on our guild chat for hours about not being able to find a dungeon group the second you asked despite we already have multiple dungeon groups in various dungeons, all whom asked for more people when you didn’t respond.

Not to mention your condescending attitude like “Oh guess I’ll just pug, thanks guildies” or “Thought I could find a group in this guild and not have to pug, guess I was wrong.”

Yeah, if that’s not an attitude problem, I don’t know what is.
