I’ve also noticed that it only happens when I command-tab away from the game and I go back to and also, if I have it windowed instead of fullscreen it happens also.

No, no solution yet. I’ve noticed it’s coming off other players armours and weapons, if it’s the armour then you can lower the character limit in the setting to the lowest, but if it’s weapons then, I don’t know.
It’s really annoying and putting me off playing the game, which is unfortunate.
How do I fix these broken textures. I’ve tried searching for scan and repair client, fixes but none have worked so far. I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same same thing. It happens most of the time in WvW, Edge of the Mist, to the point where I can’t play it. It happens outside of WvW but not as much. It seems to be coming from players, from what I can see. I’m using the Macbook Retina.
