Each class seems to be a call back to GW1 with the multiclassing because each class so far seems to take the current class and spec them into a playstyle used by other classes.

I would enjoy seeing a focus in off hand (or even main, odd as it is) and using Cantrips. Cantrips are basic spells with good utility and instant casting times and cantrips are the simply of simple spells. A warrior could learn them and use them in combat to get unique effects. The Guardian is getting traps but they are not condition spam but attacks with utility. The focus could involve AoE attacks with cantrips being instant cast attacks instead of more defense added to his over-filed physical list.

The few things that makes sense so far that would work other wise would pistol with Gadgets (exactly the same as physical attacks really) or Weapon Kits (not really something a warrior needs with him since he is already weapon swapping), Dagger with shadow stepping or poisons (again way too much like a thief with heavy armor), or even Torch with Mantra’s. I would really like to see a magic warrior more than just an engineer or thief with heavy armor and a big weapon.

Request - Faction Jobs (spoilers)

There are three flags on the character creation screen for the three factions. There are three achievements for those factions (one each). And that is pretty much it for something that is a defining part of your whole character. I’d love to see this change and add in Jobs, either small events that can be triggered or even bounties like those used in Guild Wars.

You are told to pick a faction to help take down the dragons and you spend time doing missions with that faction. Gaining a reputation with that faction until you lose your partner/representative and then raise in rank as an important person in the faction. But once the three factions decided to join forces and form the Pact, their importance just dies off in the story. But they chose to work TOGETHER, not to dissolve themselves and suddenly become a single entity. They lose that important impact and become “just another landmark” while still being there and working in the background. We have the new Daily system but after all these years of being forgotten and overlooked, its about time they get a little dynamic love.

The rewards can be bags/boxes, money, faction points to use for the weapon/armor skins as an alternative to gold, or event their own unique rewards as time goes on. I am mostly PvE and grinding Silverwastes has gotten boring and getting into dungeons for money is tiresome since I only ever find “Zerker only” parties LFG. A new way to grind for resources while enhancing the background story of the worlds fabric would be a nice change up from constant grinding and farming of the same thing over and over again. It would even help make casual play more interesting and possibly raise those casual gamers interest in other events that are not “Large group” required like Silverwastes, Dungeons, or meta events.

The Jobs could be daily, monthly, or weekly and could easily be randomly cycled through just like the current daily system and could even add three more achievement tabs for each Factions standing (four if you think of the pact too). It would be a good throw back to Factions on Guild Wars, just without the war aspect.

Troll report

They are probably afraid to add such a tag or report method after the Guild Wars Factions mass bans brought on by the Report Exploit. If you added a means to report as a troll, its too easy for someone or someone’s to mass report that person, they themselves becoming tolls.

One of my favs is when the charr male finds a new area. Two comments
1) “I need to explore ALL of THIS…”
2) “look at the view…”

Both not so bad on paper. But spoken with a creepy “pervert” voice, and they sound
So dirty you can’t help but think ‘did he just say what I think he said?’
