I’m still patching but its probably an NPC somewhere in the winter wonderland or Lion’s Arch. Try asking in Lion’s Arch. You might get a few useless replies but someone usually gives good info.
I noticed from the previous patches that the files have different sizes, sometimes it downloaded 100 files in 5 secs but took 5 min to download the next file.
The percentage is based on the number of files so you could be at 50%(Patch size) and it would show 5%(Files downloaded).
PS: This is what “I” have observed. I’m not sure if its really like this.
Wait a minute. Isn’t the option to delete the mail grayed out unless you take all the money that’s in it?
I have never been able to delete any mail that had items/money in it.
Anybody else notice that when Americans couldn’t get access to the Witch hat which was handed out several times over a day they added a NPC in game to just hand them out but when Oceanic people couldn’t wake up at 2 in the morning to do a one time event which gave out a 20 slot box, exotics and precursors (basically anywhere up to 100s of gold) its tough luck.

What about Oceanic people who pulled an all-nighter and then got disconnected and could not log back in for 2 hours due to login server issues?
Do you have the Chantry of secrets POI in Bloodtide coast?
If not..i guess you might have missed something in one of the maps, Only way i know is to go through all of them again.
The WvW icon tooltip is not the surest way to find out if you have this bug. It did not display any bonuses for me so i decided to check it out.
If you want to test it, take screenshots like the ones i posted below, preferably just after and before WvW reset. I have the same traits, gear and slot skills for both screenshots.(Almost 1k increase in health because of Robust)
