I agree with the OP about Necro needing some TLC for both roaming/small havoc groups.
I believe +75 is to low for YB & they need to stay in Tier 1

I just started a week ago and picked Necro, because it looks like a fun class.
I never checked out the pro’s or con’s to the class, nor did I check to see how good or bad they’re in pvp.
I basically looked at the skills and thought it looked enjoyable.
I play a Sorc in almost all mmo’s and wanted the casting class, but without the elements that usually come with a Sorc.
Oh no Thieve’s and necro’s got buffs and now you’re seeing them more often in matches, since people are abusing the new 3 month yolo program...so surprising.
Fixed that for you.
