About: ‘Therian Dawn’ was born in Guild Wars 1 under the name of ‘The Otherkin’ back in 2007. Most of the members there either didn’t return to Guild Wars when it became GW2, or wasn’t able to find the guild due to the name change. Originally founded by Harushimo and Kasumi, we maintain the guild as best we can when ‘real life’ doesn’t get in the way. We are a small casual guild, but on occasions we will attempt dungeons and/or WvW/PvP. Participation in any Guild activities are entirely optional, and we have no minimum requirements for activity, although we would appreciate it if you represent the guild should you decide to join. That said, we’re by no means looking for numbers, merely the quality of our members. By the same token, we don’t have the benefits of a large Guild yet and it will take longer to get them. What we lack in size and mass-fighting-force, we try to make up for by maintaining a friendly atmosphere and personable members. At the current moment, we have a total of 15 members and are steadily growing in size and activity.

As most of you are probably wondering about the name, we are a guild of Therian and Otherkin members. If you aren’t sure what that is, please PM either Harushimo or Kasumi in game and we’ll explain more about it. If you don’t care about that and still wish to join us, we’ll be more than happy to have you aboard. All we ask is that you be open minded and courteous to those also in the guild. A little intellectual conversation does sneak its way into the Guild and/or Party chat from time to time, and it’s greatly encouraged. Shooting each other down for differences in opinion and/or beliefs, not so much. We look forward to meeting new faces and making new friends.

Other Info:
- Before update to Guild system, had most of unlocks.
- Now attempting to gain a Guild Hall by doing Guild Missions
and saving money for guild purchase.
– Guild Hall will have HoT decorations as both Kasumi and Harushimo have them.
– No HoT expansion required, as we’re willing to help with the main game.
– No minimum or maximum experience or specific professions/races required.

I just fixed mine. I had to go into “C:\Users\(insertyourpcsnamehere)\AppData\Roaming” and delete the folder named “Guild Wars 2”. Now it’s working again for me. I had a whole bunch of files that said Corrupt.

I don’t know if this will be of any help to Anet Staff. I tried copying my husband’s updated version of the game(which works on his pc and we’ve had to do a few times before), but once the client tries to (I believe) retrieve my log-in information, that is when the crash happens.

Edit Can confirm it has nothing to do with a character being in Lion’s Arch because I had my husband log into my account on his pc and be able to move all of my characters out of Lion’s Arch that were there before the patch.

Not for me it isn’t. Still having the same crash as before.

Yeah I know the feeling got the same error as well, but two other people in my household actually got the update and were able to log in with no problems.

I just received the same thing too, but I realized right away that it had to be a phishing scam. For those wondering how they got our emails, they just get a huge list of publicly made available emails from random companies, and send out mass emails to that list. I know cause I’ve never had a WoW account with Battlenet ever, and all the time I’m getting emails saying my account needs to be verified or its being sold for real money and my account is now banned til I do something about it. So yeah gotta love the phishing, scamming spammers of the world.
