I do miss /rock the most and /sorry would be useful if you have friends that rp or just use /cry. I miss some of the others too but mostly those two.
And /goteam tended to get used so often at the start of runs or PvP etc. It’s a little cheesy but fun.
Oh and thanks for letting me know /me works instead of /emote – it’s so much shorter to type! I just wish there were actions related to some of the ones I use /emote for.
Thanks. Quick update: my guildie daliance can now log in again. She’s sooo pleased!!
Please could you take a look at my guildie’s account. Her account name is daliance.6713
with ticket #795836. And thank you so much Gaile. You have always been a saviour of the GW franchise
.
Thanks Gaile
. It’s great to see such a prompt reply, and to know you’re still around. I’m not so much looking for a disable feature (though can understand other’s frustration), and was more wondering on the effectiveness. I guess I can see the other country being more of a problem, and as long as I know I’ve asked for the email, I can just authorise it. That email’s only used for GW2, so it’s easy to find the authorisation email.
I’m having to authorise my account almost every time I try to log in. Whilst this is annoying, I don’t mind so much although it does mean I have to keep my emails open. My problem is that every time I authorise, it’s coming up with a different location. It has never once come up with my city, and the closest it’s been is about an hour away. This has ranged up to the other side of the UK. I know that it’s me asking for these emails because of the times that they come through, but it seems ridiculous to authorise these IP addresses and locations if it’s not going to stay the same (I only game from my house). Surely this makes it more likely to be hacked?
