I have tried purchasing gems a few times now and have been unable to.
please help me with this issue.

Its really irritating.

Am I entitled to a refund if I am not satisfied with my purchase? I am pretty fed up with the lack of help.

I’ve never had an actual support response in the entire year I have played.

You can’t get a response from support, if you never file a ticket.. so I believe you.. you have never filed a ticket..
