I’m no expert in this field, but when I compare traceroute reports of my own and those I have seen in different threads in this forum concerning this issue, it could well be that node ae5.fra61.ip4.tinet.net [141.136.107.218] in France is the one to blame. Seems that each route report that reveal latency issues have that node listed and ping usually rises high right after that node. If you google that address (ae5.fra61.ip4.tinet.net), you will find out that some dota2 players have been suffering from this same problem last couple of days and conveniently, their route reports include that very same node. As I already said, I’m no expert but maybe someone who is could look further into this or speculate what might cause this.

Same as above, skill lag and rubber banding everywhere ever since last Thursday, worse enough to make game unplayable currently. Problem only exists in GW2, everything else related to internet usage works fine.

According to numerous posts in this- and other threads, Desolation server has this loading screen bug in Hoelbrak and Aurora Glade server has it in Gendarran Fields. I wonder what other areas in their respective servers are affected by this.

It seems that at least Hoelbrak and Gendarran Fields are bugged at the moment. If you try to enter those areas, or have left a character to those areas after last login, you can’t enter the game.. you get stuck on loading screen (eventually getting an error message). This started happening after the latest build, among with some other issues I hear. Hopefully they fix this asap, but right now I fear there is nothing that can be done to get around this.. except to log in with another character that is not in those areas. This is happening in Desolation server, don’t know about other servers.
