I uninstalled Guild Wars 2 and need to reinstall a new copy but when I try to download a new copy of the Guild Wars 2 Windows client I get an HTTP 403 Forbidden error. This website requires you to login.

The trial actually runs from Nov 15-18 but I’m still able to login to the retail game but it has an ((Upgrade to a full account)) button but nothing happens when I press this button which normally should open a website to buy the game if I only have a trial account. I have submitted a ticket and they are working on this bug. It’s just a false message if nothing happens when I click the in-game upgrade button.

Why do I get a message Upgrade to a full account the next time I login to the game after I applied the free trial key to my own account from the invite a friend email that I sent to myself that already has the purchased game. Does it mean that I lost the full access to the game. My previous four digit code after the display name was 9710 but is overwritten with 5720 and the account now shows trial status with a message upgrade to a full account.

I have already printed the email receipt for the Brady Guide but it only shows the red download guide button but no download URL which was embedded in the email that I deleted after I printed the receipt. The email receipt only contains the order number and date but doesn’t include the original download link and serial code URL.

I bought the BradyGames Guide from the Guild Wars 2 website but all I get is a link to download the guide but the purchase isn’t saved in the Guild Wars 2 account. I can only download it from the link in the email and I had to burn the PDF to CD beforehand because I lost the email that allows me to redownload in the future when I reformatted the computer. I can’t redownload without this email because the download link is hidden in the email and is only visible in Windows Live Mail when I hold the mouse cursor over the red download button and cannot be printed even though I already printed the email beforehand.

Digital Deluxe Upgrade still in Gem Store after purchase

I have already upgraded for 2000 Gems, it doesn’t give a serial code, it applies the upgrade directly to the account. I could still buy more gem and spend another 2000 Gems in the Gem Store. Will I only lose the Gems and get nothing? Is this a bug that needs to be fixed. Should the Digital Deluxe Upgrade only be listed in the Gem Store for those who only have a standard account?

Why is the Digital Deluxe Upgrade still in the Gem Shop even after purchasing the Digital Deluxe Upgrade and what happens if I purchase more Gems and then repurchase this upgrade?

I bought 2800 gems from the gem shop and spent 2000 gems to upgrade my account to deluxe edition and then restarted Guild Wars 2 but did not receive any mail delivery of the deluxe edition items and I still don’t have any deluxe edition items and my 2000 gems are lost. My ticket number is 120905-005447.
