Since there is a sale on HoT and HoT Deluxe, will there be a sale on just the deluxe upgrade for HoT in the gem store? I would really like to get the upgrade, but its pretty much the same price to upgrade in the gem store than it is to buy the full deluxe edition outright.

I can’t sign into my main in Silverwastes at all, but if I’m on an alt in another zone, I get kicked quite fast with the same error.

It was the second drop down that just looks like text that says [no selection]. I would suggest making this more obvious as something that is required to be filled in by applying the same styling to it as the top drop down menu, perhaps even moving it to the top of the page.

Also, I would suggest creating an error dialog if the user has not completed all required fields for the ticket to be created, or at least make the error page more verbose as it currently just looks like something went wrong internally on the web server.

I am unable to submit a ticket. Each time I try, it say something has gone wrong and if I see the error frequently to check the Zendesk twitter to see what it’s status is. Is the company ANet uses for their helpdesk down?

So, I haven’t played for a long time. Maybe like a year or so. When I try to select my character, it starts loading Labrinthine Coast (if that’s the name of the area).

For a split second, it then shows the loading screen for Gendarran Fields, and then goes back to Labrinthine Coast and then the screen goes black and immediately crashes. I can hear the email update ingame (i think i remember that being what that sound is) and the music continues to play when the crash dialogue comes up.

Any ideas?
