There is an NPC that appears, but you have to be standing close to the purple glowing console outside the lab. I don’t know if this NPC can be affected by the Line of Warding bug, but it’s possible.

The skill point is working on Tarnished Coast.

I’ve been glued to the console but nothing. I guess I have to wait…

Oola is not present in the Gunnar’s Hold server (EU) too.

First off, hello everyone.

These are my PC specs (the ones that matter anyway):

Intel Core i3 CPU @ 3.07GHz
4 GB RAM DDR3 @ 1333 MHz
ASUS ENGT9600 512 MB

With these specs, I should be able to run GW2 in low-medium setting acceptably, but guess what, I can’t. So for kitten and giggles I decided to try it with my other GPU (which is weaker in all aspects to my 9600): ATi Radeon 3850 Ultimate 512MB. To my shock this worked, and GW2 actually runs reasonbly well at 1650×1080.

However, for me, this isn’t a good enough tradeoff since all my other games have drops that go up to 20+ FPS with the 3850.

So my question is: why isn’t the clearly superior 9600GT running GW2 correctly? I can’t understand this.

And yes, before anyone asks, I had all drivers updated and all that nice stuff.
