Hello Vindictive. I’m back to GW2 after a bit of a break and looking for a guild. I love wvw, but haven’t done any spvp yet (not sure I want to though since I spent so much time in WoW arena’s lol). Do you do any spvp as well? I’m not looking for anything too hardcore.

I agree, but have a different solution in mind. I’d like to be able to save about 3-4 Utility skill sets and swap them out quickly (out of combat, of course). Perhaps small icons about the Utility skill bar, similar to the profession skill icons. If I want to solo an event or attack/defend in WvW I have a certain set of Utilities I like to have access to regardless of which weapons I use.

I realize that this may cause problems if a skill is on cooldown, but I also suggest that whatever cooldown that remains on one skill is transferred to the skill it is swapped with—so the skill is swapped out but the full cooldown of the previously activated skill must be observed.

Wow I like what I’m reading. I know Anet has a lot on their plate, but I hope they are paying attention to this.

Another suggestion from me: show ally players on our home server maps, just like in the WvW maps. During peak hours finding others is not a problem (especially in high level zones), but it might be nice to see where others are. This would encourage spontaneous teamwork, and would make leveling a bit easier—I’ve found that leveling now is a bit more challenging than it was at launch lol.

Having weapon swap available for Elementalists would be very nice—out of combat only, of course. I use a staff and dual daggers, and use them depending upon the situation I see (PvE and WvW). This would make for a smoother flowing playstyle. Opening my inventory and sorting through the junk loot in my bags is irksome

Nah, most of my gaming on WoW has been with Canadians! Pretty good gamers up there…lol.
