Basically I bought an outfit that I immediately regret buying the moment I saw things like the running animation and stuff (things you couldn’t see in the preview window) and while I could’ve and should’ve look at videos showing them off you think I have any hope when it comes to getting a refund on gems for what I had just bought?
Tactics is great if you’ve got a handful of zerkers in your party (They’ll love you for that extra crit damage), personally that and the Battle Standard for those “Oh kitten” moments would be the ones I’d ever take with me in PvE content.
Like while the signet of rage gives you 5 stacks of might for a good while, “For Great Justice” gives you 3 stacks to you and your party and it’s on less of a cooldown as well. (Works really well in sync with healing shouts combined with Runes of the Soldier)
Gem prices @ http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Gem and I honestly can’t say if it’s worth transferring since I don’t know what your current server is like and what the NA community is like.
Well you can always transfer for the price of 500 gems for medium, 1000 for high or 1800 very high server population. Afraid you can’t guest onto NA servers.
I’m going to take a wild guess, did you use http://gw2lfg.com/ and not switch to the EU section?

You can’t really, you’re basically going to have to be aware if players are NA/EU that are in you’re group.
This sounds like a case of you’re EU and you’re in a group with NA players (Or the other way around if you’re NA) and when NA Player A starts the dungeon, you get that network error while all the other (if present) NA players join it.
