So when the game first came out, I had my digital deluxe items, most notably the Rytlock pet. However, I was unsatisfied with my first character and wanted to remake him to look different, so I deleted him, to use the same name of course, and remade him. Well I lost my items when I deleted him. I was pretty upset, seeing that I lost the items I paid an extra $20 for.
So, I sent an e-mail to Arena Net about my issue, explaining the mistake I made, and how it was posted nowhere clearly that these items were on your first character only, and not each one you make (Only had one made at the time). Anyways, here’s the reply I got on my e-mail.
“Hey there.
We are aware of the issue with Collector’s Edition/Digital Deluxe Edition items going missing after deleting a character that had them. It has happened to many of us, too. -_- A fix is coming as soon as possible, so please stay tuned to the Guild Wars 2 forums () once the forums re-open for updates!

This was received on August 25th. So here’s my question. Is this still being looked into? Will I ever get these items back? There have been no updates or even mention of this issue, so I’m beginning to think I was told wrongly about my items.
While I have all your attention, has anybody else accidentally deleted their items? And possibly received and e-mail similar to mine?
I dunno. I’ve been doing MK runs a lot since it came out, haven’t had issues with any other dungeons before. Just did path 2 now, got my whole 60. No clue why I got 15 on path 1.
So I just did CoF Exp Path 1 about 30 mins ago and only got 15 tokens. Was my first run of the night since reset.
I did CoF Path 1 yesterday around 8:30pm eastern, and CoF Path 2 today at 7pm eastern, with a few mad king runs after that.
Earlier today I was getting 60 from path 2, but now, after reset, I get 15 for path 1. I should be getting 20 for a 2nd run of the same path, in most cases. Not the 15 I got. Anybody else experiencing this?
Long story short, I run a few different dungeon paths everyday that take anywhere from 20-30 minutes.
I have 2x 80s and 1x 52 right now, so run a couple 80 dungeons twice and AC path two 3 times a day.
Before tonight’s patch, I would always get 60 tokens per path per character and never experienced DR.
After tonight’s patch, I just ran 5 dungeon runs across my 3 chars. 2 on two different characters, and one on my 3rd character.
First 3 runs I got the normal 60 tokens, but last 2 runs I just did I only got 30 tokens. Is this intentional now?
Sounds like you are not even hitting the exploit code and in fact are just receiving half because you are running the same dungeon for a second time in a row without switching. This has in fact always been part of the system since day 1.

It’s funny you should say about getting half for running the same path twice in a row. I NEVER once got half. I go straight from 60 down to 20. This happens every single time. After 20, I hit 10, then 5 or sometimes 4. Is it supposed to hit 30 because it never has for me. Always 60 > 20.
Edit: Also, I do take breaks, sometimes even log or do another dungeon between. I still go from 60 > 20.
