If you feel that way, I suggest each month you purchase gems. I have a family and responsibilities in real life. I will not be leached monetarily in real life for entertainment. Now, that being said, I have on occasion purchased gem cards(because I like and want to support GW2). So, if you feel that you should spend a monthly fee, then please purchase Gems. If Anet feels that they are not making a enough money to support the game, then the game will die. So far I have been playing since Beta, and Anet has made many changes since that time. So no complaints here about content updates.

This is not an attack on the OP, but rather a difference in view.

I think to get a commander’s tag you should prove that in the real world you can hold a job, raise a family, and have an understanding of leadership. Else keep it where anybody can with in game currencies purchase.

I find it funny in the wild a bear can catch a leaping salmon, yet a moving target moving passed them is missed. The bear is a tank. Love it in PVE. WvW not as much fun though. Not because players are so much more awesome, but because the traits of a real bear versus a wimpy non armored human is not equally shown. Toss any real thief into a cage with a bear and lets see if the packet hack works there

There are many things the ranger can do, and are fun to run. But the dps is kept low. ask anet. But for a farming class there is none better (except a minion army of a necro).

I have one of each profession and at least one of each race. My best solo farmer in Southsun is my Ranger. nuff said.

Bahhhhaaa my hopes dashed. soon I have to make a trip in real life, fighting ice and snow, so will need rest. Was hoping to enjoy a day of new content. Instead I will have to wait until I return.

No one have claimed that it is a Denial of Service attack. Only that it is basically working the same way as one.

They can’t give a timeframe since they don’t know.
If they knew, they would have told us. And if they give a time-frame now and they don’t manage to fix it within that time all hell will break loose.

Thank you, but I am playing the game and checking on this in between. I missed the post by a person from Anet. now if you feel that I am being negative, you are not reading what I am saying. I know people are working hard. I am just a person that is used to giving updates while working. So sort of expect it from others. Still looking forward to seeing EotM

Denial of Service is when there a planned attack to prevent a web site from working. If Denial of Service is what is going on, please who planned it? All I asked for was somebody from Anet to give a realistic time frame for access. I understand there are issues going on. However a post three days ago is not an update. When it was released today. Am humbling waiting to see when I can get in and check out EotM

How about an update here from Arena Net. EotM is huge failure if we can not get in. Somebody in the Know please share information or at least give a real idea of how long we have to wait. Two hours was hours ago.
