LoL! I live on the east coast man. You are so silly. Far from random we do interviews for each and every member we invite. We look for certain types of character and are more than willing to spend time with new players to teach them. If you “rolled” anyone I am sure it wasnt a Knight. The Knights love to do fight club and I am sure would be more than happy to show you what the skilled players in our guild can do.

And yes, I did stick up for one of my MoB commanders. What I like most about this commander is that he admitted he made the wrong call, and apologized. So yes, I did support him.

Also MoB doesn’t start drama we just clarify whats facts and whats made up.

Like yes PAXA did wipe us. Did they fight fair? They think so we think not. Things like this are never going to be settled because people view them from 2 points of view and realistically means nothing. Ask any member in MoB I will be the first to tell you that PAXA is extremely talented. As they should be they put a lot of effort into their small man fight. And I think they are the best hands down small man group out there.

Ideally some one on your own server shouldn’t call you out. At the end of the day were still on the same server.
To me, it’s more about what actually happens inside WvW.

It seems like this happens often around here. I have been watching these posts for a while now. If people arent attacking eachother they are complaining. I think it would be fun if everyone would start to upload epic battle fraps, or screen shots of awesome things they have done. Then even better if we all complimented it instead of get angry. We all have lost and won many times. Friendly sportsmanship in competition is my aim in conversing here. Its awesome to be able to discuss things with our adversaries.

Everyone and their brother is getting a commander icon now because its only 100g. What I would like to purpose is another step to the commander idea with new tools available for them. I think a couple of things that would be useful is grouping guild commanders together into a “unit” where they can communicate with a head “general” or whatever you want to call these things. This time make it where these new commander positions are be earned through guild influence and merits then upgraded in the art of war section.

At one point lots of guilds started to pop up including spawn offs of all of ours. KING started 14 KING guilds total. I remember Nerf and Inside the *igina of gale grey as well. I wish Anet would play as often as they used too. We have ran into them in WvW and havent been real impressed. We stomped them just like we used to in AB.

What are you taking about? We were formed during the first guild wars and created all KING guilds in one alliance. Its nice to see that you guys did too. I was not aware of when you were formed and didnt see nearly as many of your members around. Maybe thats why I wasnt aware. I would imagine that KISS and Lazy would also like to say they did it first as well. However at one time if you went to any main city you were sure to find a KING member.

I was wondering about the multiple [king] guilds. Yesterday night I ran into a small group(3-4) of people from a [king] guild and they were really playing well together. They had that kind of synergy you really see in small group playing a lot together.

I wondered if it was a bunch of people from a big guild who team PvP together.

Our guild has lots of players in it. We play in both large and small groups. We have new players that just got the game and we have players that are some of the best on the server. Small teams are very fun to work in.

Our guys had a lot of fun doing it. We often try to do off the wall fun things when we get bored. One day I got online and the Knights were like KING come to the enemy borderland. So I come down to south supply camp and they had build up rams all the way up the island over to bay. It was hilarious. People were going by laughing so hard. Both enemy and ally get a kick out of antics at times. This is after all a game and we must have fun! Glad you guys enjoyed it.

Unless someone is a poser and I havent seen them then no there isnt. I would be sure to ask for royalties for using our brand XD. I had to poke fun at the kid when I saw him in queensdale but it’s a compliment having people want to use our name. We are the one and only KING.

So I have an honest question. Are there two different [KING] guilds ? We had a PAXA vs a [KING] 6 man fight at the north camp on one of the borderlands that lasted about 3 minutes that was really fun. Those guys had their heads in the right place. I watch this video and see a thousand golems pvdoorin… I’m assuming it’s not the same guys?

If this happens to you in tier 7 what will it be like in tier 6…? I really do think SF is a t7 server. Thank you very much to the HoD guys that gave us a really good fight while we held the 2 keeps on their borderland for almost 24 hours. Our guild used 2 – 12 hour shifts in co-operation with the LH guild and others from SF to build both keeps up with way points. You guys did a great job of keeping pressure on us! We brought in even some new players to WvW and they were hooked. Keep up the good fight guys! It is an honor and pleasure to fight you.

Good stuff tonight on the HoD BL. Great numbers by SF and very nicely organized too. The main guild I saw was KING. Pushed when appropriate, pulled back when necessary. The organization was scary.

total respect for you guys. i attacked hills wall, already covered by an ac…..okay try the north gate with rams….already covered…..okay try catas….already covered by pre built catas…..okay lets try trebs on pride rock….pre built 2 trebs and a cata….i just had to bow and pull the guild out. you guys obviously know what you are doing. hats off for making me waste supply and blueprints :P

i have a feeling there is going to be alot of kitten talking, taunting, gloating, and other kitten in this thread. but i definitly underestimated SF at first :p especially since the first hour i was just farming you guys at Hills. It was an honor to fight you. We held hills from just after reset to 8 am server time with 2 shifts and put a way point on HoD’s homeland the first night. Was a really fun night.

And guild armor isnt the best stats. If anything they should make ALL armor be able to display emblems in certain areas and make that be able to be turned on or off.

My suggestion to do this is to make a pingable event icon on the map that when the event is happening it shows up on their map when they click on it momentarily, but fades away. If its not in effect, lets say if they click the link too late, it doesnt show up at all.

It would be a great feature to have some way for our guilds to be able to promote without spamming up the chat. Maybe have some NPC that you can sort through a list by a filter with options like, size, upgrades, PVE, PVP, Dungeons, rank and a comment section would be great so that people could leave comments about the guilds that are not abusive. Make that option where guilds could remove troll comments.

I have been looking at those, but they are rather pricey at 100g. I spend a lot of my money on helping people and trying to get all my characters up to par for doing T3 things. I think that a guild leader should have these options without having to diminish their experience to help the guild gather for group activities.

I have seen this option in other MMOs and I would like to suggest it. As of right now to get into a pug group for Dungeons everyone is reduced to Istan spamming techniques which as we all know isnt efficient. A que system that picks up players that are within the levels of each would be a very helpful feature. Another suggestion you could quickly implement until you get this done would be another chat channel for just dungeons that is world wide, that way we dont have to travel to LA and back to the dungeon a bunch of times to find people to fill in for a spot.

Yes taking runes off the armor without destroying it would be VERY nice. I was just talking about this with some of my Knights last night. This seems to be a request I hear all the time guys.

I am a good old GW1 vet and I can tell you I really enjoy your game you created. BUT there is one thing I really miss. Urgoz and other elite missions allowed me to bring a large number of guildees with me in a group. Missions like Urgoz were a favorite of them because we could organize a lot of people to play at once. Could it be possible when you guys add new content to make larger parties? 5 is really small. I can only take a couple of my members with me on AC runs and I wish I could take the new players in larger groups to train them. It would not only help me to save time but make their experience so much better.

Love this idea. I used to make fun of other guilds that would advertise their capes in messages…. now I miss mine I was very awesome to have 10 members standing together in LA. Great for promoting the guild and fashionable as well

This is a great idea. I would second this request. Would be very useful if this had some way for players to RSVP so you could form the groups early. I would like to be able to see which characters they are going to bring as well as the build they would use too. This would be very very useful.

Good day Anet! I would like to thank you very much for in game mail, it has helped me very much in my duties as an admin and guild leader. Please allow me to make some suggestions that will allow me to not spend as much time doing seckittenial jobs and more time playing.

Email character limit:
This is very frustrating for me because I like to type eloquently and limiting my text only makes me use short hand which doesnt do justice to what I am trying to communicate.

URL Links:
It would be really really really handy to be able to send links to people not only in mail but in chat as well. I find when I am trying to link someone to a map or to our guild forum page many do not like having to retype the URL. It would be a lot better if we could just click on the link and it would pop a browser up. Maybe make an ingame browser that using IE or something? It would be nice to at least be able to highlight and copy and paste from the mails or chat. In guild wars one we used to use the build pinging system to send URLs which at least worked. Now in this newer game we cant even do that. Please help us with this.

Guild Mass Mail:
When ever I have some type of memo I want to send out to the guild I am having to take an hour going one by one sending it and I am getting a spam message in doing so. I update people on guild happenings and give suggestions to each. This really take time away from me being able to play to do this. Dont allow a couple of bad apples to spoil the experience that admins can have using these systems. I am sure you guys can use some kind of filter to find the gold sellers rather than just limit the rest of us from using these great tools. It would be very amazing if I could create custom contact groups in the mail so I could send one mass mail to just my officers and another to the members.
