Posting here again with same issue. The first post was made two days ago and in it’s own thread, that makes the issue a week old now. The post read the following:

For reason of a hacked account. Account issue has not been completed, user would like some word that his ticket is being handled, Guild wars password was changed on listed dated. Three days later user was unable to log in to guild wars client and E-mail was no longer recognized. Forum account is having same issue.
Posting this for the sake of a friend. Please respond as soon as possible. Your work and diligence is much appreciated on this matter.

Hello, a friend and I are having trouble joining in on story quests. Before the update as of Sep. 10th we were able to join in on each other’s story quests as long we were in a party and on same server (Overflow or otherwise, joining same world server was not a problem).
When nearing or clicking on ‘enter instance’ there is no option for the other member of the party to join the story instance.
Server: Tarnished coast.
Location: Storm Bluff Isle, Demon’s Maw
Quest: An Apple a day and Mightier than the Sword.
Party Size: 2
