Hey guys,
To let you know how seriously we take these things, we had three meetings before Noon today and we’ve come up with some really good ways to address a lot of the larger issues. Please hang tight — I do believe you will see traction on this in a very short timeframe, in many cases today!
Does this include hacked accounts from Sept 1 being resolved today?

No worries. This was on us, and we’ll continue to address them properly, even if they are dupes.
Do you have a timeframe at all on Sept 1 hacked tickets? Sometime in the next 12 hours maybe?

Gaile, do you know when prioritised tickets from prior to Sept 2nd will be complete? Ticket 120905-001623 to be specific.

Not sure if this is against the Terms of Service (make sure you check so you don’t have to deal with ANet’s draconian banning process). Try a routing service like WTFast, they recently added GW2 support.
Just had to submit ANOTHER ticket because apparently my hacked account ticket from the 1st Sept was not prioritised correctly (after following the instructions for a proper hacked account ticket on the offical support site).
Edit: ticket # is 120905-001623 in case any of the GW2 staff are ever going to look at it.

Absolutely. If one of my clients had to wait more than 5 days to be able to login, I’d be out of a job very quickly.
Get ready for a 5+ day wait to even get a reply, let alone a resolution.
My account was permanently banned 5 days ago for unknown reasons, possibly hacking (had a number of login attempts from around the world). None of my tickets have a response yet (well past the 72 hour window for resolving hacked accounts).
Ticket numbers are:
120902-002566
120902-001744
120901-005861
Any idea on when these will be looked at?

Edit: Had to raise another ticket as mine from Sept 1 were not done (game update says prioritised tickets prior to 2nd Sept are done; this is false.) Tick # is 120905-001623
