I sent myself a mail from my girlfriend’s account and once received I clicked the “take all” button, saw the text in my chat box say i received the item and deleted the mail. When I closed the mail box and went to find the item it was not in my inventory and not in the collectibles tab of my bank.
I know (think) you cannot delete a mail with items still attached, how could this item disappear?
Could lag in receiving the item allow it to be deleted with the mail?
Is there anything I can do to retrieve the item?
Any help is appreciated as this is puzzling and quite annoying
Will not let me submit ticket without if the serial code box is empty or has an “invalid entry” despite the text stating to leave blank if unknown. This happens for account and ingame support tickets.
Also stuck on this, the NPC who talks to you initially disappears into the door that you cannot open. Can jump over the top however there is nothing on the other side and nothing triggers.
