Bought Items via gem store but never received them in mail
Tried to buy 2 die packs and a crafting boost, When I thought I didnt do it right bought another crafting boost which i also never recieved.So now down 700 gems without anything to show for it
Need some assistance pretty please.Is your mail empty? Some players are having the same issue but forget to clear there mail and recieved it after all old mail is deleted, just trying to help out. I think 10 mails can be saved up and all other mail wait for you saved up ones to be cleared.

that worked. After clearing my mail they started appearing.
In previous purchaes 2 weeks ago I didnt need to do that it just auto removed the oldest mail.
