I’m not sure why this wouldn’t be a game bug, but okay. Is anyone else having this issue?
Whenever you enter an item into the Black Lion Trading post, 100% of the time if you press enter on an item that is autocompleted you have to completely exit the window or change tabs to be able to enter a new one. Otherwise, even though you’ve cleared the box, the letters you type aren’t registered as going into the text box.
50% of the time, if you completely type the word yourself, this happens. Very very irritating to try and check prices when every time I search for something I have to reload the window to search.

I think that’s the ticket number? Come to think of it, I did it from a support account, but it’s the same e-mail address as my actual account so I’m not sure if it makes a difference.
How do I go about obtaining my serial number? I bought a digital version, and the e-mail got deleted. I contacted support, and was told I can’t have it due to ‘security’ reasons? How am I ever supposed to be able to utilize support if I can’t get ahold of my serial number which is required to obtain support?
