No you guys don’t understand, its not his pc its the servers. I’m having the same problem as you Yata, I haven’t been able to play for 2 weeks now. I used to play and my fps was 50-60 all of a sudden it dropped and its been like that ever since. I’m pretty sure there’s an issue with their servers.

hey thanks for the reply but I’ve already tried both and I still get lagg, weird.

and I’m in Vancouver so relatively close to servers.

Anet do something, there’s clearly an issue with the new patch. I havn’t been able to play for 2 weeks now. Your technical support team sucks when it came to this issue, they don’t know their heads from their tails.

I’ve purchased your product/service and I’m not able to use it?

I’d like you to write an official post letting us, your customers know that you acknowledge there is an issue.

Hi, all of a sudden these past days I’ve started having horrible fps. After contacting support and my ISP we come to the conclusion that:

“Using the data you sent, I believe I have narrowed down where the issue begins.The IP where the trouble begins, the 4.69.147.182, is located in the united states, its host is ae-32-52.ebr2.seattle1.level3.net It doesn’t give a specific name for its network, but it suggests it is based in Seattle.”

" So from those results it looks as though the trouble is outside the TELUS network as well, the trouble takes place between us and the Guild Wars servers"

and so They suggest :

“With a little research you may be able to find a
way to bypass the troublesome servers and find a more stable path to the GW servers. I wonder if the administrators of the troublesome server could be reached, and if they would be willing or able to help”

Anyone know how to reroute/bypass my connection to the server ?

It’s only recently theres an issue with fps lagg. I have similar specs as you and It’s always been smooth but now I’m lagging to the point where I can’t play. It’s just temporary issue hopefully they’ll fix it soon.

I’m having fps lag too. It seems that its a problem for many players. No announcement from Anet tho. They should keep us informed.
