I have had it with your bullkitten.

I logged out from my own account to let my friend play and now I can’t log in any more. Every time I try to log in. I get a message that says I either have wrong username or password. I’ve tried changing password. I’ve tired to recover my account. But they don’t work. I can’t submit a ticket because my support account is not working either. So thank you for this wonderfully bullkitten customer support which I’ve been getting from you for the almost past year. And I’m so kitten that I couldn’t care even if you ban me

Is the Mad King “dungeon” available until the end of halloween special or does it close before end of special?

Is it just me or are some mobs respawning way too fast?
For example: Trying to get to skill point challenge in tamini foothills in queensdale. Those centaurs protecting that place almost immediately respawns if I kill second one… And it being first area in game there is not much of other players in the area. So it’s allmost impossible to do at least by your self and with thief class. Anybody else noticed something like this.

Me and my guild members keep doing events and Advance story line but we see no influence increase.

Exactly what the tin says. Why is that my guild does not seem to gain influence even if our guild members keep advancing their personal story line and doing events?

For example. I’ve been advancing my own story line and every time I complete a part of story influence should increase right? But why it doesn’t?
