Hello. I need ticket #11290 looked at. I sent an email reply authorizing the action but I don’t think it reached Guild Wars 2 support.
Because I didn’t think it went through, 4 days later I submitted ticket #24141 through the Guild Wars 2 support website to follow-up on the previous ticket. I got a response back from #24141 but it was not the resolution that I wanted for ticket #11290.
Thank you!

After countless attempts on many alts, I’ve finally done it. I found necromancer to be very efficient at this achievement due to being able to attack Liadri without targeting or facing her. Having multiple condition removals helps alot too. At first I was using Bowl of Orrian Truffle and Meat Stew for the 40% faster endurance regeneration, but I wasn’t happy with the amount of damage I was taking, so I switched to Mango Pies for the health regeneration. In the end, she still managed to kill me anyway with a troll Shadowfall AoE right before the fight ended

I also got perma-banned for exploiting as well and will submit a ticket. Hopefully this will all get resolved.
Hello,
I am having issues with the Fiery Dragon Sword being so bright that it makes the floor have a really strong glare. This impacts the performance of the game and makes telling red enemy AoE circles incredibly hard to see.
I just did two Fractals of the Mists runs. One at difficulty 16 and another at difficulty 30. My personal level is difficulty 31.
I did not receive any karma from completing either of these difficulty levels. There were no messages that came up after any of the rounds indicating that I received any karma.
I just tried it twice and both times I was sent back to Lion’s Arch after jumping into the box at the end of the jumping puzzle. This needs to be fixed.
On the GW2 Wiki it says “Researcher Dessa opens up the Fractals of the Mists in Lion’s Arch half an hour into the event.” It’s nearly an hour after the event to defend Lion’s Arch and the portal near Subdirector Blingg doesn’t work. Is this supposed to be up or am I not doing it correctly?
I am a gamer that played Guild Wars 1 for nearly 7 years, and now Guild Wars 2 for 3 months. I am absolutely horrified that ascended items will be introduced into the game. This is totally different from the ArenaNet I expected.
I have 6 level 80 characters outfitted with exotic armor, weapons and jewelry. Frankly, I do not enjoy grinding for gear. The game should be played for what it is and not based on the items that you are wearing. It totally takes the fun out of the game when one of the requirements to enter this new dungeon is to grind for “agony resistant items”. I am extremely disappointed in this decision.
Hello.
I have noticed a huge FPS slowdown with the contacts list open. I am using a Radeon 7870 graphics card that is running at around 45 FPS idle on best appearance. With the contacts list open though, it immediately drops to around 4-6 FPS. I’ve tried lowering the settings but still get the same dramatic FPS drop with the contacts list open.
System Specs:
AMD X6 1100T Six Core Processor
16 GB DDR3 RAM
AMD 2GB Radeon HD 7870 PCI-Express 3.0 x16
